What colour are your teammates?

July 29, 2024

The four-colour model below is a psychometric tool based on Carl Jung's psychology.

It’s designed to help people understand their individual styles, strengths, and the contributions they can bring to the table.

Each person has a unique mix of "colour energies" explaining their behaviour.

This methodology allows us to match the strongest, most suitable team member to varied client needs accordingly, ensuring well tailored and effective approaches.

Fiery Red – “Be brief, be bright, be gone”

Sunshine Yellow – “Involve me”

Earth Green – “Show me you care”

Cool Blue – “Give me details”

By understanding the various colours of personalities we represent, we learn to perceive differences with greater tolerance by recognizing that there is no right or wrong

approach to a task—just different ones.

Keep staying tuned with us for more valuable, actionable, and objective insights that will pull your team together.
